Amsterdam, otra ciudad a la que me muero por volver! No tengo muchas fotos de cuando estuve ahí pero definitivamente recordaré cuánto se puede divertir uno cuando está con sus amigos. Una ciudad preciosa, muchas risas, una de las celebraciones de cumpleaños más divertidas ( ¿no Fran y Xime?), almuerzos cumpleañeros de un euro y mucho, mucho frío!

Amsterdam, another city that I can't wait to go back to! I don't have a lot of pictures but will definitely remember how much fun you can have when you're with your friends. Here's my latest purchase, OPI's Rainbow Connection nail polish from their Muppets collection! As you know, I love everything that involves glitter and I swear this nail polish is a small jar of happiness! It's not only great, but looks like the perfect option for this holiday season! Don't you think?

Encontré esta chompa el verano pasado en el clóset de mi abuela y les juro que me enamoré. Aunque no suelo usar muchos colores, la combinación me encanta y me parece genial la idea de que probablemente no me encuentre con alguien con una chompa igual en la calle. Esta tiene como 25 años y está en perfecto estado! Hoy la usé para ir a trabajar y recibí un montón de comentarios lindos. ¡Espero que mi abuela no me la pida porque no planeo devolvérsela!

I found this sweater last summer in my grandma's closet and I fell in love! Even though I don't really wear many colors on my outfits, this color combination is pretty great and knowing that it's very unlikely to find someone wearing a similar sweater, feels great! This one is over 25 years old! I wore to for work today and got some lovely comments! I hope my grandma doesn't ask me to return it anytime soon!

¿Qué tal el fin de semana? Yo lo pasé super tranquila, celebré el aniversario número 51 de mis abuelos ♥ y le dediqué bastante tiempo al blog. Han surgido mil ideas, me ayudarán amigos super capos con las fotos y más, así que estén atentos porque muy pronto habrán cosas geniales!

How was your weekend? I had a very relaxing one, celebrated my grandparent's 51st wedding anniversary and dedicated a lot of time to the blog. El miércoles estuve en el lanzamiento de la colección Prep World y aniversario de Tommy Hilfiger en el Jockey Plaza. La verdad es que no me imaginé que el evento fuera a ser algo tan grande! La tienda estaba repleta, había muchísima comida, cocktails e invitados con looks que iban perfectos con la estética de la marca! Aquí, algunas fotos de la tienda. ¿Se animan a darse una vuelta para conocer la nueva colección?

I attened the launch of Tommy Hilfiger's Prep World Collection last wednesday. To be honest I didn't expect the event to be so big! The store was packed, there was loads of food, cocktails and the guests looks fitted the brands aesthetic perfectly! Here are some pictures I took around the store. Creo que podría vivir usando camisas o blusas como esta todos los días, son perfectas y comodísimas para cualquier look! Esta es una de mis combinaciones favoritas y la opción ideal si quiero ir a trabajar sin estar demasiado informal.

I think I could live wearing shirts or blouses all the time, they're perfect and extremely comfortable for any look! This is one of my favorite combinations and it's always the perfect option for work if I don't feel like dressing too casual.

Esto es lo que me puse la semana pasada para la entrevista a las editoras de Vogue Latinoamérica, algo recontra cómodo y sencillo pero bonito. Incluí el clutch vintage de mi abuela que encanta, creo que no se lo voy a devolver nunca! 

También quería contarles que mi gran amiga, Xime ha decido aventurarse y abrir su propio blog llamado La Vida Según Xime. Desde ya, soy su lectora número 1! Va a estar escribiendo acerca de las que cosas que la la hacen feliz: los viajes, la comida y la ropa! Denle una chequeada porque en verdad va a estar genial!

This is what I wore last week for the interview with the Vogue Latinoamérica editors, something very simple and comfortable but pretty. I also wore my grandma's clutch that I'm just in love with! I don't think I'll ever return it to her!

Los tutoriales de uñas son mis favoritos, cada vez que encuentro alguno en internet, me MUERO de ganas de hacerlo a ver qué tal queda. En este caso, vi una foto del resultado final pero no el procedimiento, así que aquí va mi versión de las uñas de dálmata o de vaca.

Nail DIY's are my favorites, everytime I find a new one online, I can't wait to try it and see how it turns out! In this case I just saw the picture of the final result, so I decided to try it on my own, here's my version of dalmatian or cow nails. 

1. Pinta tus uñas con esmalte blanco, dos o tres capas para que sea totalmente opaco.

1. Paint your nails with white nail polish (two or three coats).

2. Necesitarás un alfiler y esmalte negro.

2. You'll need a pin and black nail polish. 

3. Utiliza la punta del alfiler para hacer las manchas en la uña. 

3. Use the tip of the pin to do the stains on the nail. 

4. Puedes jugar con los tamaños de las manchas hasta que tengas todas las uñas listas!

4. You can play with the size of the stains until have all the nails ready!

5. Uñas geniales y súper sencillas!

¿Qué tal el fin de semana? Yo lo pasé enfermísima pero por suerte ya estoy recuperada y lista para el lunes! Me espera una semana llena de mil cosas pero no me puedo quejar. 

En fin...quería mostrarles lo que me puse para el cocktail de Vogue en Vivo en jueves de la semana pasada. El vestido es de ASOS y el clutch es vintage (se lo robé a mi abuela ♥ ). También he incluido las fotos que Sole, Tana y yo nos tomamos con Eva Hughes, directora de la revista. Hubieran visto nuestras caras de emoción al verla!

How was your weekend? I spent mine super sick but fortunately I'm feeling much better now and I'm prepared for a new week which is full of plans but I can't complain at all! 

I wanted to show you what I wore for the Vogue en Vivo cocktail last thursday. The dress is from ASOS and the clutch is vintage (stole it from grandma ♥ ). Also, I've included the pictures that Tana, Sole and I took with Eva Hughes, the magazine's director. You should've seen our faces when we saw her!

Ayer fue un día INCREÍBLE! Por trabajo estuve todo el día en lo de Vogue en Vivo, en el backstage de los desfiles en Ripley, conocí a Victor Cembellin de MAC, entrevistamos a las editoras de Vogue para Runway e incluso pude conversar un poco con ellas! Son super lindas, elegantísimas y buena gente. Kelly Talamas incluso dijo que mi tatuaje de mostacho era genial! 

Y en la noche fui al cocktail en el Boulevard del Jockey Plaza que estuvo genial! Además de que había un montón de gente, amigos y bloggers, comida deliciosa y actividades en cada tienda del Boulevard, también pude conversar un rato más con Ana Hughes sobre Clarisonic's y algunos tips para tener la piel linda (los dos litros de agua son básicos!) y con Kelly Talamas sobre sus accesorios, ¿sus collares no son hermosos? 

 Tengan un fin de semana increíble!

Yesterday was just AMAZING! I was at the Vogue En Vivo event all day long, at the fashion shows backstage, I got to meet Victor Cembellin from MAC, interview the Vogue Latin America editors for Runway  and even got the chance to talk to them! They were all extremely lovely, elegant and charming! Kelly Talamas even mention how cool my moustache tattoo was! 

I've got a bunch of pictures from the Vogue en Vivo cocktail party but haven't had the time to edit them! Have a wonderful weekend!
